If your payment is declined, it's usually because of an issue with the billing information on your debit or credit card. If your payment is declined after verifying that your billing information is accurate, contact your financial institution for more information.
Update your zip code:
Desktop:
- Click your Settings in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click My Account from the drop-down menu.
- Under Location Info, click Edit.
- Type your Zip Code, and then click Save.
Mobile browser:
- Click on Me at the bottom right-hand corner
- Click Settings under your profile picture
- Under Location Info, click Edit
- Type your Zip Code, and then click Save.
Update your Credit or Debit Card:
Desktop:
- Click your Settings in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click My Account from the drop-down menu.
- Under Account Status, click View Account Status.
- Next to What is My Payment Type? Click "change" to update your payment information.
Mobile browser:
- Click on Me on the bottom right-hand corner
- Click on Settings under your profile picture
- Locate Account Status
- Click on View Account Status
- Under What is My Payment Type? Click "change" to update your payment information.
